I actually employ it quite often....espaically the PMA and "acting as if" along with a few other things I have learned along the way. It has really helped me to communicate with my W better and recognize her actions instead of words. After all aren't most M problems communications problems...it is not like any of us purposesly intend to hurt our spouses.

It is still a conscience effort...not a major one....but an effort none the less. I think the most powerful DB tool I have learned and use is to listen with my eyes and keep my mouth shut....it only gets me in trouble
