the best camping breakfast is

bacon (you cut it or tear it into smallish pieces and you cook it inthe pan)
and eggs (you scramble them in with the bacon in the pan and cook it al together but cook the bacon a bit first since eggs cook fast)
add some grape tomatoes
cilantro
and garlic
some mushrooms if you have them

and

voila

also bring toilet paper...you never have enough and campgrounds run out, an extra towel because your beach ones never seem to dry, a little cooler for your bait and one for fish

a good filet knife
a bucket to wash dishes in (they sell them at target or get a littler box size)

an old coffee maker that you put the grounds on top and let the water boil through because nothing tastes better than campout coffee

a deck of cards
clothespins to go with the line (I have an art line with the clips built in)

a sharp pocket knife
bug spray
books and games
flashlights
extra batteries
and a tweezers...you never know what for

Crimany!!! I don't take this much stuff to go on a cruise for a week!!!

Recipe sounds great but I'M ON A STINKIN' DIET!!!!

Fig, why don't you just come along and cook for us, clean the fish I catch and hang out our wet towels. Oh yeah, would you mind fanning us while we sleep? ;\)

OK, trying to change my attitude.....
this will be fun

The part I hate about camping is the dampness of the sleeping bag in the morning.

Any tips for that, fig!

Have fun Jill and I too would rather hotel it.

Tweezers are a handy first aid kit item. Splinters, ticks, and all sorts of stuff seems to stick into people in the outdoors.
