You don't reply to R questions or comments -- just kids and financial logistics. If there is something YOU want to initiate (almost always NOT recommended), then YOU lead, YOU act. Don't RE-act, to her.
She's just trying to push your buttons, and she's showing you that your distancing got under her skin. That's GOOD.
