I just called her during my lunch break. she has been takeing WAY more out of the account then she is putting in. that is total B.S. Im not looking to fight with her on sunday ( the day I desided to let her come over) but man we have to get a sepperation of money or in totaly doomed. I may be contacting a lawyer on this.
Just open a new checking account and tell her you aren't putting any in the joint account since she is 'on her own'. Tell her to do the same thing.
I tried that, i am ok with having the joint account to pay our mortgage until the house sells etc etc.. she doesn't like that I have my own account as well.. but she had her own the whole time we were married, and i never said a thing
