1. You said you two have not had sex since the interupted time in January...so she is FINALLY probably horny by now. Yes, some LD's do finally get horny after 6 months.
2. Women are psychic, you know that, right? She probably *feels* that something is up with you right now and she has an inkling that it has to do with sex.
However...be careful how you tread! In fact, if you are garnering the cajones to give her the letter in the near future, I would turn down the sex (if she comes back around for some) and when she acts confused, you can say "actually, I have been meaning to talk to you about this" and you can open the door to scheduling a meeting to talk or just give her the letter then. Then it will be perfect timing to point out to her that it has been since January (7 MONTHS) since you two had sex. Faced with this fact, she will be more likely to listen to you.
If you just accept the sex without saying anything, you run the danger of losing sight of your resolve on the matter and not giving her the letter.
