Treese - me and my kids are driving to my hometown----or at least where I spent 6th - 12th grade------for the weekend. H lived there all his life. As you know we started dating when we were in high school. I am planning on staying with H's best friend and his wife. We double dated when in high school. I told her all that is going on and I know she's shared it with her H. I don't know if that's right or wrong. I was hoping H would come along, but he insists he has work. I will not dwell on the fact that I think this is OW's weekend without her kids........H's mother still lives there and I will make sure we visit her as well. It'll be tough, but gotta do it.......
H just stopped by unannounced. I guess to hug and kiss kids goodbye, knowing we were leaving for the weekend. He initiated some small talk----but of course no hug and kiss for me.........
