I think you are doing wonderfully. IMO... I think you loose sight of your short term goals, and then your long term goal looks impossible.

For now, write down and then don't think about the long term. Write down and check off the short term ones as you reach them. Carry them with you, read them every time you start to get down on yourself.

I have a PDA, but also have a planner that I have now turned into my "personal journal." I have a whole section of things that are PMA. Things that make me feel good. I have printed out some of the better pieces I have read on this board and I re-read them EVERY time I feel the ground start to dip.

Works for me.
