Just a quick question on the mortgage payment front. Does H usually make th payment, but late, or does he just not pay? I was thinking that if he makes the payment late, you just need to work out a way of covering the money until he pays- it'd mean putting in some extra money next month before the mortgage pays, but then after that yu'd always have a buffer. Not sure if I explained myself well or if it's appropriate, but just a thought.....
