I used to hate working with people like that. They take credit for your work and blame you for any mistakes. Remember what goes around comes around. Also people will notice their actions and catch on.

YR, thank you. Maybe they feel threatened by me so they feel they have to put me down. Maybe this means I am doing the right thing, be it spiritually or work-wise.
What do you mean by "keep those dreams alive"? Do you mean "think about them often and be grateful for them and thank God for the signs"?
