Ok so H had to go to the Dr.s last night (has an infection on his leg) and his blood pressure was a little high. It has been for a while. Needs a check up which he is now willing to do. \:\) The whole nine yards.

Anyway on the way home he was asking what he could do besides no salt to get it down. Says it is not like he is stressed out about anything work or home. I said you aren't about your parents or our sitch, and he said no!

I wanted to tell him just being depressed is stress but I kept my mouth shut.
