I've met up with DBers. It was probably 2001. You will most likely be disappointed. It isn't your natural crowd. Nothing bad to say about anyone....lovely people. The 'virtual' people you need. Thank you God!!!!! for these people. It doesn't make it meant to be in real life. Or our in person, day-to-day lives.
And actually....those are not the reasons for the rules....that's my experience, and ease of enforcements.
The rules come from top down.....from seriously laid-back folks....you won't believe.......Michele and Virginia are truly the greatest people in real life ..... they ARE the reason I'm here.
Think back.....there's a seemingly ridiculous law somewhere in SC or NC about singing offkey. It's illegal. Can you imagine.
There was a REASON for the law. There was a HISTORY behind it.
I don't need the reason. I sing well. But I don't have perfect pitch (my D does, though...but IM LOUDER :).... you KNEW THAT though......) but there was a REASON. And somehow...it got serious enough to make into a law. Perhaps it could be repealed now...who knows.
