Try not to overanalyze everything she does. And, the next time someone parks across from your house and sits, call the cops. Tell them your a "neighborhood-watch" kinda guy and you don't recognize the car or the person in it. For all you know, he could be staking out the house to burglarize. Watching who comes and goes, etc... It's a very legit excuse to call them.
