Move in there with a freind of yours or a famliy member who can house sit. You really need to take a stand here.

You have done nothing wrong, you can move in there, she can call whomever she wants. You are clean aren't you?

Is there any reason to be intimidated by anything she throws at you?

I honeslty think she has no cards here, but you only know that for sure...is there something you didn't tell us?

Otherwise, move in and show her who owns that home.
