here are my PMA activities i did today to get my head out of my.....

went to local town center and had lunch in the sun- watched dogs and kids and families

painted- continued to paint my HUGE canvas...i love just adding whatever feels right

played w my dog - and de-furred her

came here

reached out to some friends via email

worked from home today

opened all windows in my house to let sun in....

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh- much better!
any advice for my post before this one??
