dude...you gotta get it off your chest...as ridculous as you might sound, or as irrational as it might come across....you need to do those things...you just gotta....or else you sit and stew like you said. What does that do for you? Make you even more mad....ya know?
I know, I know....also need to find someone to talk to face to face. FG has been telling me from the beginning, and I'm still balking.
The other night I talked to my brother about things, and you know, in four months that was the first time I opened up to anyone other the people on here. It felt good.
