Buster, I'm sorry I haven't read your whole thread and I'm not really sure where you are at, but is ther such a thing as a disso-master wherever you are? Its a program they use in California to determine the amount of support one is entitled to/has to pay their spouse. Its not set in stone either, but it gives you a pretty good idea of the amount that is involved.
If shes going to file it, let her file it. You can't control that, just keep doing what the guys are telling you. Drop the gold at her feet.
