I got it!! Well, sort of. They want to "test me out" next Wednesday. So I'm going to go in take photos and video of their horses, do some photoshopping ,and work on their website. They'll see if they like my work, and if so, I'm in! YAY!
I was so unsure. It was the fastes interview of my life. So I left feeling pretty much like it was over. Then the guy called me 10 minutes later and told me they wanted to test me out.
YAY!!
A job close to home (nearly an impossible feat) that I get to wear jeans to, they are TOTALLY flexible schedule wise, and I get to be around horses all day. DREAMY!!!
I hope I get it officially after next Wednesday!

Well, I'm sitting here waiting for D2 to wake up from her nap, then we go into town to see H play in his football game. I did up my hair, and wearing a flattering outfit. All set. The bummer thing is his game is around the same time we are supposed to be at my friends house for a BBQ. So I don't think there will be a chance for lingering and talking aftewards. More like.. "great, thanks for inviting us. Bye"
Oh well. I can't even play the mysterious card, because he knows where we are going. Won't see him long tomorrow either. He's going to pick up the girls to take them to the show tomorrow, then they stay at his house tomorrow night. Should get to see him for a decent amount of time on Monday at least. Hopefully anyway.
I'm in that mode where I just want to say. "let's stop this crap and come home already" to him ,but I know I need to resist. I'm making progress, just got a job, feeling good.... need to let it ride, but man I'm tired of waiting.
He seemed excited for me with the job opportunity. Didn't seem bothered that it's part time for awhile and he couldn't guarentee full time for awhile (which obviously I need if we D). Makes me think he is rethinking too. HE was ADAMENT before that I needed full time, and NOW.

YES- he didnt mention anything about it being PT...big step. also- i think its good that you are going to a BBQ right away...it will make him miss you more and its good you are busy!
i think what you are doing is perfect... i know that feeling of just wanting him to come home BUT you have made such progress w him just being you and GAL'ing, etc....
