Hoosiermama- yes it is an improvment. Have you seen yoru PCP and asked for something to help you sleep better? I did and it worked....they have many things out there that aren't habit forming and work really well. You will feel and see a difference in your mood after a solid nites sleep! Esp after all the crappy sleep you've been getting...
