YES!! Read 5 Love Languages. You guys will love the insight that you get out of it. Also, I recommend For Men Only by Shaunti Feldhahn. It is outstanding. I have read the women's version and I have gained a completely different perspective on how things that have happened in my marriage are interpreted by H nd I due to our gender differences. Give it a shot guys, you will not regret, I assure you.

Sounds like your are keeping busy. The emotional pain does go away with time.
The For Men Only book by Jeff and Shaunti Feldhahn is a must read for us men. I also highly recommend Hold on to Your NUTs: The Relationship Manual for Men by Wayne Levine. The 8 Bettermen tools chapters are the best things I have read for men improving their relationship.
