I just caught up on your thread.
I like NNP's answer but i think that just waiting to asee what he does and just let the judge decide if X even takes it that far.
I think he is just trying to scare you. I don't think that you need a L at all.
You just need to call his bluff and let him know that he can't take advantage of you any more!!!!!

Sounds to me like you have a completly normal teenage D. I remember my oldest D being so good and my youngest D always trying to see what she could get away with. Now my youngest is so independent, holding down 1 full time and 2 part time jobs and going to college full time living on her own. Boy how time changes things and they grow into such wonderful adults.
