ok I learned a big lesson today. if its 97 degrees outside plan to run some other time because that sucked. o well two days down about 126 left. W sent me an email with some school info i ha asked for today. it was short and very to the point but she signed it with "hope all is well" I guess since i have no other contact I’ll take that at face value and call it a good thing, maybe she cares a little.

That is gross about the worm! We have a day each summer where there are loads and loads of flying ants around. That was the day I decided to walk home from the station with fish and chips so I got lots of extra protein - nice!!
You sound like you are doing well at the moment and managing to balance the sad moments with positives. That is so great.
We've had three nice days of weather this week, the temp is 84 and there isn't a cloud in the sky. I shall hang out here at lunchtime

yes- i think that is good...my H started with i hope you are well and i wished he would ask how i was instead of just hoping i was ok...its almost like they cant bear to hear if we arent ok...well now he sometimes asks "how are you?"....

she has yet to ask for me to come see her, but for the last month we have seen eachother about once every two weeks, with only a few emails and texts inbetween, no phone calls. it is slow, but i think its progressing? she has not refused to see or talk to me so that is very good.
I know what you mean about them not wanting to here that we aren't ok, but at the same time its not like i am happy with her choice to leave either. I know that in her pain she cannot bear mine as well, so for now just hopeing I am ok will have to be good enough/

Yay, it decided not to rain and is sunny again today. Sun makes me happy, as does chocolate but I am still trying to abstain...
