Cinders: You asked me on your thread where I live. I am sorry but I don't really want to disclose it at this stage. Maybe one day. I hope you understand.
Rainy and gloomy days also make me depressed. Although I would have lots of things to do in the house, I prefer to be outdoors and go for a walk at least once per day. I have the feeling that I am a completely different person when the sun shines.
I will take that rain and gloomy looking days. We live for cloudy days since the sun shines most everyday and it is so hot.

Hi nlt, Thank you for your kind words and checking in on me. I guess I already sent the rain your way. Did it arrive yet?
Yes, today I had a wonderful day. It was sunny and getting warmer again, and I had to get some things done in a town nearby. Afterwards, I went from one place on the waterfront to another, having a drink or food in different places. In the evening I went to see a friend who was with some of his friends, and I joined them for a while.
When I got home I received a FRIENDLY email from H. He even asked me whether I was OK (remember, I have not written to him for about ten days). But of course, he also wanted to have some info. I will reply tomorrow.
Although things did not go according to plan, I ended up being quite happy. Tomorrow I need to do some things in the morning, but in the afternoon, my sister is coming for a few days. We hope to be able to go swimming during her stay. The weather forecast is good for the next few days. Now I need to get the guest room ready for her.
True, Enjoy your sister's visit. I'm very happy to see you are doing things that you enjoy.
You can send the rainy weather my way as well.
Enjoy the rest of your week.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
Hi Snodderly, OK - rain on the way to you as well - LOL. I used to be called the person who brings rain, because whenever I went to visit friends, it started to rain. First we thought it was H, but afterwards when I travelled on my own, it happened as well. Or it is both of us, because where H stayed last year, it also rained more than usual.
Anyway, I also wish you an enjoyable rest of the week.
I hope you have a wonderful time with your sister!! I'm glad you had a good day today. That is interesting that your H sent you a friendly email. Of course, after all this D mess started I could tell when my H wanted something because he was too friendly & nice. So be careful, but at least you got something from him.
I never did get the rain, it went south of me. Maybe this weekend it will arrive! We sure do need it.

Hi nlt, Steelers and Vali, Thanks for visiting my thread and your wishes.
Journaling: I informed H by email that I had done some things I needed to do. Since he asked me whether I was alright, and that it must be nice in my area at this time of the year, I wrote that I am fine and a few other things I enjoy doing or I can't do yet. A few hours later H replied very shortly saying that he had to laugh because I still can't do a certain thing. He also said that I should enjoy the water front.
At least he can laugh again!!! He loved the area here, and also enjoyed the water front very much.
I guess he is still not at his place, because the time difference shown on the email is quite big.
The weather is beautiful again, and my sister and I will definitely go sunbathing if not swimming. The water might still be a bit too cool for us.
