Oh I remember those! Up to 6 years ago or so I had one even 3 kids later! Now my sand has sunk to the middle. I HATE my tum, really even thought of lipo,everyone laughs cos I only weigh just under 9 stone and 5ft 4. If I had the lipo they could put it were its most needed-up a bit. Would Zumba be suitable for the more mature lady? I do yoga and jazz jive classes but no actual exercise class.
If you want rid of the belly, cut fats and sugars, up protiens and do 30-45 min. of brisk cardio 5 days a week i.e. treadmill, walking, cross trainer. I've lost 60 pounds and I look better than most men half my age! LOL No concieted, just proud! btw.... I just turned 21! LOL
