Phil,

Right.

Whenever my marriage becomes "too much", I make a point of staying a bit later at work, or I go out on my own and do something physical, or I watch a man's film - Braveheart, Fight Club, Gladiator, or I read something about adventure or suffering (or both).

Then when I go home (with my masculine spirit and perspective independently recharged) I find my "problems" at home far less than they seemed before. And sometimes my wife is even pleased to see me as well!

Make keeping your male core alive and strong your number one priority - now more than at any other time.

S&A

"A man can be destroyed but not defeated" - from The Old Man and the Sea, by Ernest Hemingway.

Which I take to mean that every man has within him a spirit of relentlessness and optimism. Its already there; he just has to cultivate it.
