cat, good to hear. Everone goes through the trials and challenges, believer and non believer alike, but the assurance we have from the bible that if we love God, IT (whatever "it" is) will work out where He gets the glory.

Oswald Chambers, My Utmost for His Highest, repeatdly points out in his devotions that the day to day "survivng" is where we really grow and see the power of God. Even the devotion from today connects to that daily struggle, the daily battle, the daily dying to self will and self desire in order to be a vehicle for use as He pleases.

Maybe more than any other culture at this time we live in a very "Me" drivin soceity with instant everything and a mindset of instant gratification. These growth pains we experience and the "dying to self" is all a part of our maturation but sometimes it sure aint easy, but it certainly is worth it.
