Quick update: Had a great weekend, hanging out with my sister. I intentionally left my phone off, and when I turned it on there were some texts from W asking for another loan.
We talked yesterday, and it turns out she had a flat, left her car on the side of the road, and it got towed. When she got it out of impound (which costs $200), she found that $600 had been stolen from under her seat. So in all, a very expensive night.
She said "I feel stupid, but I guess I'm learning to grow up". Reality again. She also applied for several jobs. It was a nice talk, and she didn't bring up the loan subject.
Today she texted me "stressing. I don't know who to turn to"
I'm thinking about buying some Wal-Mart stock from her. It would be a way to help her out, but not screw myself over. Really, I just want to say "come home". What do you think?
