Time to pack up and move on

Weird weekend. Friday I was feeling nice so I invited H to come to the house and have dinner with the Ds and me. He agreed and actually left work much earlier than the norm. When he left after dinner he thanked me. Sat. he met D10 and me at the rink for her competition. D and I were staying to watch some other skaters after she was done. H decided to stop at the house to see D15. H left to take care of something w/ his car but then got lunch for D and was there when we got home. He left shortly after we got home. Yesterday the shower wasn't draining in the morning. I tried a couple of things to fix it but it was still messed up. I called H to ask what I should try next. He told me and offered to come over to do it. I told him that wasn't necessary I could do it. Then he asked about coming to take D driving. She said yes so he took her, stayed a little while then went to see a friend. I had to leave to sign some stuff for the house, and he had stopped back by while I was gone. (I knew he was going to.) When I got home I was going to get some take out so I asked if he was planning on eating or if he was leaving. H stayed for dinner and when he left I told him he could take the leftovers. I got a couple of more thanks. I think my kindness is throwing him for a loop.
