I agree with Pisces. You did GREAT when you were with her, and I know seeing her looking so good was hard. But take your experience here and let that help you look at it as a positive that she's getting in great shape:
I've been getting into great shape, too, and it mostly has to do with feeling good about MYSELF. She probably wants to start school feeling as good as she can. And you know that she's been in a lot of pain as well. Self-esteem for a lot women is tied very closely to appearance, so it makes a lot of sense that she would view working out as a way to feel better about herself.
Plus, she might have thinking the same exact thing about you,"Wow, he looks great!"
