Next time you could do a pasta salad. I am sure yours would be fancier than mine. You could use rotini, chicken or tuna, veggies, a little grated cheese and I like to use Italian dressing or vadilia onion dressing. Yummy. I also throw in hard boiled eggs chopped up.
