when you call and ask, leave the decision in his lap, and don't force it. make it natural
however, don't get disappointed if he doesn't want to........it's ok. Remember, he's got alot of things going on in his mind and he's still working thru them.
i doubt he'll say no, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared....
