Isn't that crazy? My lawyer said years ago you could file at 8am and be D by 5pm!! He said they had to change it to 30 days for a "cooling off" period because people were coming in from different states just to get D!

The 1 year requirement really buys you some time. A lot can happen in a year. I would say don't rush anything on the house unless you just get a really good deal.

Too bad about the trip, but maybe things will work out.

Yes it takes a total of 1 year from the time of filing to finalize ..

I will not do anything (we won't) rash , if the price isn't right we won't do it..W says she is willing to take a loss.. I am not.. but we shall see

At this time I don't even know what i want, some days i feel like F*** it..i am done, others when we go for walks with the dogs or watch movies etc.. i find we get along so very well..

I know she is very hurt..and time is my friend, guess we shall see..

All i know is i will get out alot of frustrations when i see my personal trainer tonight
