Good afternoon everyone. My real estate agent friend was impressed with the house. The only thing that hasn't been updated is the windows. He took me to look at another house which had huge bedrooms but was butt ugly. Nothing has been updated in the house since it was built in the 80s. I am going to put in a bid tomorrow on the one that we like. Cross your fingers!
