You sound good Sara. I love the storage fee idea....if he is late...then it is out on the curb! He is dillusional. Reality is really going to set in for him soon....especially when he runs out of that money from the D settlement. If he is anything like my H (and I think we have established that he is)...then it won't take long for him to blow through that money.
