Hi tbone, Just reading through these last few posts and something occurred to me. Do you think your wife has a spending addiction? The way you describe the gratification it gives her and the fact that she is never satisfied sure sounds like an addiction to me. I don't know how you tackle it if it is but maybe it's a different angle to look at it. Maybe you can stop feeling so angry with her if you think that this is not a rational choice on her behalf and start looking at other ways for her to be helped with it.
