Not sure where you are sawks, but our house was on the market for 10 months! Finally got an offer this month. We lowered the price once and were about to lower again when we got the offer.

Are you wanting it to sell or do think it will buy you time with her if it doesn't sell quickly? [/quote]

Again I apologize if i sounded too sarcastic in my last post.

We are in Western Canada, the market here was sizzling in 2006, they couldn't even out the for sale signs up quick enough

The market is self correcting now.

As for your other question: well it was our dream home that we built & designed together..i really don't think without losing upwards of 100K, that it will sell.. the market is selling small townhomes and condos, just not large homes.

I have looked believe me i have, and i found the perfect bachelor pad not far away...

But lately we get along so well, i wonder if this drags on and no progress is ever made, if i will be back to square one again. I like the idea of "buying time" in one aspect, in another i don't.

I don't know if W has made the actual connection with "seperation" yet.. remember she did get angry that i started my own account, and contribute a set amount to our joint now, instead of my full cheques.
