well the market is the worst here since the mid 90's .. our home has been on the market for 2 weeks and not even a sniff..
Not sure where you are sawks, but our house was on the market for 10 months! Finally got an offer this month. We lowered the price once and were about to lower again when we got the offer.
Are you wanting it to sell or do think it will buy you time with her if it doesn't sell quickly?
