Do y'all talk to folks who are divorced? Some say to drag it out.. other say to get it over with. I don't have a clue

God, I've never tried to drag one out. It takes long enough without trying to drag it out.

To be honest Gypsy, I try not to talk to too many D'd folks I know. it usually turns into he said she said and I get enough of that in my sitch..

Brian..

Thanks for caring in your sweet way. When I yelped in pain my 22 year old asked me what was wrong. Upon hearing that I'd burned myself, he started going through a litany of guesses of things I have done in the past.. like forgetting ovens get hot and pulling the rack out by bare fingers.

In the grand scale of things, this little blister was one of my better cooking experiences!

*hugs*

Ohh my goodness g... we are a bulletin board of 'fixers'!

This is a small community hospital which has been ranked one of the 100 top places to work at (I think). My pretty nails may have to go bye bye to do what I'm most interested in.. like writing the life stories for hospice patients and doing the soft touch massages. Apparently EVERYONE wants to know the person who does that!

How's the counseling going.. huh huh? Do they kick sandals up in Maine?

*hugs*

Please do share!

If you're interested in getting in touch with folks who like fishing in the outerbanks, post on M from Tennessee's thread in Newcomers. He has a way of hooking up fish

Ms L of LL's

"As I have come to a more valid understanding of my role, it has become easier to let go of the desire for H to 'understand', and for me to 'justify' my position. Does that make any sense?"

That makes MORE than any sense. Do I love the days when I feel like that.. things just whoosh off the waterslide.

I keep forgetting it comes down to me.. memememe... in all that is good, prickly and growing.

ms sunny...

Thank you for your warm gentle being.

The orientation was very neat, engaging my mind. The medical professionals would almost apologize for how much time us volunteers had to take to be able to help.

For me.. heck... I got to learn about the hospital, meet who the huevo grandes are and see what they find most important. And if you volunteer over 4 hours at a clip you get a free meal.. and they're renowned for their food.

I did find out far more than I ever cared to about HIPAA? (except of course what the accurate acronym is)

It's nice to see you recognize what a wonderful "me" you are.

Dang, looks like we have a real live oxymoron here!

What did you have? I bet it was good, always nice to eat something someone else prepared.

Take Care,

Sunny
