we went to mediation.. she stated she had her mind made up and I wanted to work this out. I have 90 days i'm assuming but she could file at any time. she didn't file immediately because a)lawyers cost more than she has or b)in mediation topics such as adultery don't come up, but they do in a regular D with lawyers. I have up to 2 years before the state makes the D finalized.
