Well it is 11:08pm and no word from H. He never did come over to take his bath. I know....he hasn't moved a thing and is spending money like it is going out of style BUT he wants to come to my house to take a bath. WTF!
Still unsure what is going to happen. He has to at least come and get his basic needs stuff eventually. If it is after midnight, I am going to call the police and say that my ex husband is trying to break into my house.
My lawyer won't talk to me about what to do if he doesn't take all of his stuff. I noticed that he took his 2 DVD players to a pawn shop and recently got them out of houck. I figure that he will have a certain amount of time to get it out and if he doesn't, I am having a big garage sale. He literally has over 1000 books about the Bible, sermons and philsophy. I dont' see him getting these. I will go through them and take the few that I want and sell the rest. Whatever doesn't sell I will give to Goodwill.
It just baffles me how ignorant he seems about this whole situation. Does he even have a clue how serious this is?
