I would absolutely dance on the ceiling if my H suggested that particular form of stress relief!
I would ride on the living accomodations right now. I am sure she will broach the subject again at some point this evening. Then ask her if she has considered finding a roommate situation, to lessen her expenses. While she is mulling it, you could work on distracting her with--ahem--other things!
