D - Mike is right, you seem to understand this process and are making headway. Unfortunately, you are in the frustrating period where you W seems scared to accept you are what she always wanted, that if she lowers that wall a little to much things will revert to normal so I guess you just gotta keep going and keep that patience. If you hit a low and find yourself struggling, take a break, go for a run, just get away from the sitch as any explosion will push you back further.
