Its hard to keep my distance from my W and give her all the say in the P stuff. But I guess until she decides what she wants and if she wants to move to the next stage I am just going to be the best friend I can be.

But in all seriousness I am enjoying myself and her alot more lately and without the overpowering desire to snoop thru her things or worry about what she is doing. I think I have almost gotten this detatchment stuff down.

Yep, I thought that too for a while then I crashed like crazy for 24 hours a few weeks back.

You'll know true detachment when it hits..you won't "feel" the crap and emotion that goes with it..you'll be calm. you'll be at peace..you'll be relaxed. it will be what it is.

Like I have a choice.

I'm going to post this because we always put the bad up here I am going to put a positive.

Yesterday W and I took our kids to a amusment park that I use to go to while growing up. Its over and hour away but we had not been their for a long time and the kids really wanted to go. Doing this during the week is hard for me since I get up @ 4:30- 5:00am everyday but knew they were excited so I went.

Had a great time, ate at a place that I use to go to when I was younger. Kids had a blast. They love to say "Back in the Day" whenever I tell them about my childhood. Sucks getting old. : )

Got home around midnight. Got less than 4 hours sleep. W just called to see how I was doing and make sure I was feeling ok with such little sleep. Of course she is just headed in now to work. Must be nice.

I like the fact that she called and cared and that we had a really nice time yesterday.

Again taking day by day.
