((lwb)) thanks, but I'm kinda adamant about it coming out of that money simply because he has been able to piss almost all of it away, why shouldn't he have to use at least a small portion of it to protect us? He says he is going to transfer it tomorrow, if he doesn't, I will just borrow it from my friend and H can pay her back. I wouldn't want to owe her money, she is not someone to mess with, fughedaboudit...I've seen loan sharks with more compassion. If she had her way, he'd be a bump in the desert now...lol.
