Just because the spouse walks away does not mean they don't still care. Its easier when you are on the outside looking in. But when the spouse still pays attention, even in small ways, that means they do still care. I tell you, I would not want to get back with my XH. But I can't help feeling a twinge of jealousy when he is dating someone. Don't ask me why. It just is.
