Well wouldn't you agree that once they leave home they DO live in a different time zone. Because of classes and studying, they eat later, and they get used to leaving all of their stuff wherever it land. Plus my kids stay up half ther night, that's just their lifestyle. I always want it to be a nice visit so I don't really get too picky. I figure I can live with it for the short time I have them. Both my girls have a habit of coming home with roommates and then have all of the friends from HS over as well. I love all of these kids but sometimes it's such a zoo I just have to go up to my room and close the door.
I do go to visit them as well. My son's apartment is spotless so I know he can do it when someone isn't behind him picking up the mess, but my girls both live in townhouses with numerous roommates and for girls, they pretty much all gross me out.
