(((Michelle))) the legal stuff is moving because I'm pushing it. H keeps procrastinating because he spends all of his $$$ at the cardroom.

We just got into it a little bit because I asked him how much $$ was left out of the refi money and he got really pissy and said about $900.00 and I told him it pissed me off that he would loan OW $$ from there to get through until payday but he wouldn't use that $$ to file and protect me and the kids. He then tells me that I have to pay for 1/2 of it and would rather wait until he gets paid. I asked him what the difference would be? If I have to pay for 1/2 of it anyway, lets just f*cking get it done. I'm so sick of this $hit. If we do it on his timeline, the damn house will be gone...F*cktard.

He pisses me off. Why do I have to look like the bad guy pushing this along when we are in this mess because he used the little brain?

I'm just tired of doing this everyday...
