Lodo that sounds like a great trip. What a way to help sort things out also. Have fun.

Hi Lodo,

I was wondering about your biking in Scotland????

Are the places you want to see all within biking distance of where you are staying???

Or are you biking from place to place????

Planning a trip like that is great! It inspires me to plan my own.
Great GAL activity.

take care

Hey lodo,

re: your posts a couple of days back, just want to add my voice to say don't stop writing and posting. I've been in that blank kind of dead space lately too. The stuff about W. telling you about going out to a movie with a mutual friend must have been kind of tough to hear. I find it very hard to know what the boundaries are / should be anymore. It's painful to hear of the WAS getting on with life without us.

I hope you have some luck with thank blinking cursor starting to move soon. I guess it will when it is ready.

Hope you have a better day today and keep posting.

That's gForce Sawserhands to you, mister.

Biking sounds like great fun. I hope you have good rain gear. I bet it will come in handy there. But what a fantastic way to see the country. My first trip through New England was on bike. Taking the secondary roads gives you a much better flavor for the local area. You also get the smells. I'm big on smells (no B.O. jokes, OK?) - you miss that in a car, except for the occasional skunk roadkill.

sawserhands?! How about chainsawhands?

The weather this time of year shouldn't be too rainy, but I ride my bike in the rain all winter long, so won't be too bothered. The islands aren't that large - longest trip will probably be 100 km, which I can totally do in a day. So I'm going to stay in one spot for the evenings and just do day trips out, take ferries to the other islands, etc.

Hey Purr - thanks for stopping by. Yep, the dead space was bad at the end of the week, but I'm getting over it. comes in waves. Just need to be patient with myself. I didn't care as much about W going to movie with mutual friend as much as I wondered what's going on with OM. But I guess it does make me sad that we won't do things together ever again. And I think she felt that too.

Hey Bridge !!!! How was your day??????
