Well I got the offical divorce papers from the lawyer today. They are so difficult for me to read. Hard to think that 5 yeras of marriage and memories are just down to a thick stack of stapled papers divding up things.

It says very clearly on there that H is to be off the property by July 16, 2008. However..if he does come on the property and try to get in the house (even after the locks are changed). I will call the police. The police MAY say that this is a civil matter and I will have to let him in (I know...this is getting insane!). Then I will have to sue him to get him out of the house! But...my lawyer wants to to bluff him and so that he doesnt know that part. Plus the police might just say to him that he has to leave.

The sad truth is that I know that it will come down to that. He isn't going to make this easy on me. I told him today when he came by to nap? that I got the papers. He goes "what papers?" and I say "the papers that I will show the police if you try to get in the house after the 16th" He didn't say anything. :p

I really don't understand why he is making everything so difficult.
