ok- i feel like poop....im not going...thinking about going has made me feel unstable...i feel too stressed from it and right now being out of my comfort zone....i have done so well over the past month and i cant afford to do anything that will freak me out...i feel stable at home with all my friends an family, all my activities and my dog maybe another time with my H i also may do a shorter trip here to the mountains and my mom has invited me to NY to a fam reunion...i feel better just saying that. phew. noi get to tell my H when he emails/calls replying to my email from earlier that im not going...ill just be casual about it and say work is crazy....
