well we talked and it was good- he asked how i was doing which is a good step- he hasnt really asked without a huge R talk after- so this time was good to just say good, im doing this and that...etc...he said twice he has some stuff for me like dry cleaning, etc and i said if its not urgent ill get it from you whenever...i was waiting for him to ask me to do something but he didnt...i didnt want to push him and ask either....he said lots of pos stuff about work and excercise but he always says something negative about himself with a little comment- its so wierd..i dont know what to say- i said ha ha or thats not true...but it was kind of depressing and negative...overall it was upbeat but i can tel he is beating himself up a lot...anything i could have done?
